Statewide Library Card Tally Period: Aug. 12-27

Please complete your blue claim form and send it to me via delivery on or before August 31 so that it can be processed and delivered to Commonwealth Libraries before the September 4 deadline.

This message also serves as a reminder to those departments that do special tracking of other statistics during sample period, so please share it as needed.

Note: The Statewide Library Card Payment 1 for Sample Periods 3 and 4 of the 2006-2007 fiscal year is being automatically transferred into your library’s bank account on or about August 21, 2007.   The multipliers for the payment are $0.286108 for internal loans and $0.429163 for external loans.
