This session will focus on the practical, legal, and operational side of human resource and benefits operations. Gain valuable insight into HR how your organization addresses all facets of human resources… evaluate yourself on the status of your current operation and learn how to prioritize the importance of each HR competency and strategize solutions to achieve your objectives!
Fun in the Workplace will be held from 1:30 – 4:30.
This session will focus on using Fun in the Workplace to create a culture where employees are energized, enthusiastic and enjoy coming to work. Many managers and supervisors think that the “glue” that makes employees “stick” is made up solely of salary and benefits. Learn to use other methods to make your employees feel fulfilled. Join us as we share tips from successful employers with low turnover rates to help you improve morale and retention while having fun in the process!
