Presented by: Dr. Betsy Diamant-Cohen & Regina Wade
Betsy Diamant-Cohen is the creator of Mother Goose on the Loose™, an early literacy program. In addition to holding a doctorate in Communications Design and a Masters in Library Science, she also is a certified instructor for Barbara Cass-Beggs’ Your Baby Needs Music program. Dr. Diamant-Cohen runs training workshops throughout the United States and is the Children’s Programming Specialist for the Enoch Pratt Free Library in Baltimore, MD.
Regina Wade, recently retired from 30 years experience as a children’s librarian, Regina Wade served as Assistant Coordinator of Children’s Services at the Enoch Pratt Free Library from 1998 to 2006. With over 25 years of storytelling experience, she is a certified Mother Goose on the Loose™ teacher and trainer, as well as a consultant and published author who specializes in the connections between brain development and early literacy.

Monday, April 28 — Martin Library, York
Tuesday, April 29 – Schlow Library, State College
Wednesday, April 30 — Touch of Class, Wilkes-Barre
Thursday, May 1 – Haverford Township Library
Cost of the workshop is $20.00 and includes lunch.
