More eventsWhen planning a moving image digitization project it’s relatively simple to count the number of image-hours to be migrated and multiply it by bytes-per-second/minute/hour, thereby estimating the total storage requirements. But should all bytes be treated equally? Can they go to the same kind of storage? What are the librarian’s and archivist’s roles in making these decisions?
This program is on March 27, 2009 with two sessions. One session is from 12:00-1:00 p.m. and the other is 4:00-5:00 p.m. For more information and to register for this program, visit:
