Lancaster PANO Town Hall Meeting

Joe Geiger, CEO of PANO and Monica Gould, President, Strategic Consulting Partners are hosting regional town hall and networking sessions across the state. These valuable forums will not only be educational but will also provide you with a forum to discuss your challenges as a sector. Nonprofit staff, volunteers, board members, and donors alike will benefit from the presentations, which will center around: how to partner with elected officials for economic stimulus, how to shore up relationships with your funding streams, how to address strategies of efficiency and pro-activeness, advocacy, capacity-building, telling your story and leadership.

These informative and interactive sessions will equip you to explain to your boards, your members/constituents and funders the challenges you are facing in the current marketplace. You will walk away with a menu of strategies on how to address these challenges and you will be able to take these strategies back to your workplace and start implementing ideas on the same day.

The presentations will be followed by a facilitated discussion on our sector’s challenges and future initiatives that PANO can undertake to help us stay competitive and move us forward.
