This training program blends the topics of cultural sensitivity and effective customer service.

This course may help you…

·Define the concept of “organizational culture.”
·Discuss the ADKAR model of change and it’s “people-dimensions-of-change”.
·Review the primary and secondary dimensions of diversity.
·Participate in a “dialogue ritual” as a way to create a habit of valuing diversity.
·Discuss client needs and barriers to positive “customer” service.
·Develop Customer Service Principles using concepts of organizational culture
