Library Director Position: Harrison City

The Penn Area Library, a progressive, suburban public library, is seeking a dynamic and motivated professional to serve as library director. The director’s duties include planning, directing, and coordinating the operation of the library; supervising staff and volunteers; developing and implementing library policies and procedures; preparing and presenting required and special reports; and maintaining records and files. A Master’s degree from an ALA accredited college is required. Experience as a professional librarian in a public library, preferably in a supervisory capacity, is necessary.
