The morning session of this workshop focuses on literacy. How do you define literacy? Learn from local literacy councils about adult literacy, ESL, and much more!
The afternoon session of this workshop is an introduction to the H.W. Wilson resources that are currently a part of POWERLibrary. This session is great to allow you and your staff dedicated time to see the resources in action. If staff know how to effectively use the new complement of online resources to assist customers, they’ll know when to refer them and how to help them.

This workshop is funded by the Institute of Museum and Library Services under the provisions of the Library Services and Technology Act as administered by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
