Most CCLS libraries are listed as open (except SIM). There will be delivery on the Cumberland route.

MLK Jr.: Holiday for DCLS

Most CCLS Locations are open, and as such, the Cumberland route is likely to run as scheduled.

Staff Development Day at CCLS is scheduled for Wednesday, October 19.
There will be no delivery to CCLS libraries on this day.

DCLS Libraries Closed for Staff Enrichment Day

All DCLS Libraries will be CLOSED all day on Sept. 19 for Staff Enrichment Day, which will take place at East Shore Area Library.

No delivery will occur on this date.

SIM closed for Jubilee Day

Joseph T. Simpson Public Library will be closed on Thursday, June 16 for Jubilee Day in downtown Mechanicsburg.

About a dozen staff will be in the building working on various projects, Dave and Eric have a long list of computer work to tackle, and someone will be in the building from 7 AM to 5 PM.

We will receive our morning delivery. Afternoon delivery will be at the discretion of the driver based on volume and whether or not he can get in the parking lot.

The Friends of the Library are parking cars at the library on Jubilee Day – $5 per car. And, they have their book sale at BOOKS BY THE GROSS, 400 Cheryl Avenue, from 9 AM to 7 PM.

FRE closed to host Birdie for Books

FRE will be closed outside their regular schedule to host an annual fund-raising event, mini-golf inside the library, Birdie for Books.

There will be no local delivery to district libraries.
All DCLS staff should plan to attend.

There will be no delivery except one run from ESA to FRE.
