Statewide Library Card

Patrons who live in any PA community that supports a state-aided local public library are eligible to receive a library card with full borrowing privileges at any other state-aided PA library.

Guidelines for Access PA Statewide Library Card Program

List of Unserved Areas of PA: A list of communities whose residents are NOT participants in the program. If the address of the patron requesting library services is in one of these areas, they can purchase a card that will give them benefits ONLY at your library. People who purchase library borrowing benefits should NOT receive the Access PA blue icon/sticker on the card.
