Board Development

One of the roles of the district is to encourage the development of strong libraries. Strong libraries are built on a foundation of strong leadership and governance from an effective board of trustees.

A consultant is available to assist your board in all areas of development with resources from the professional collection, information about PA libraries and nationwide trends, and time to work with your board team.
