Reference

Dauphin County Library System serves as the District Library Center for public libraries in Cumberland, Dauphin, and Perry counties. To this end, DCLS provides an enhanced collection of reference materials at the East Shore Area Library.

It also provides reference assistance directly to libraries in our district. Contact and use the reference referral service.

District Reference Committee

The district also has a reference committee that meets on an as needed basis to review reference sources selected and to collaborate on reference projects.
