Our delivery services team strives to provide consistent, reliable and professional customer service to all of the district member libraries in the Capital Area Library District.

Our delivery services manual for routing deliveries is provided here and provides information about the delivery routes, processes and procedures for routing items in delivery, and other considerations.  Updates to the manual happen throughout the year and will be reflected and communicated promptly.
